The "ANSI C63" Committee is an 80-year old committee specializing in, originally, Radio Frequency Interference, and, now, Electromagnetic Compatibility. It is a Standards Development Organization whose published standards are co-approved by both the American National Standards Institute (ANSI) and the IEEE. Some of the Committee's standards are "incorporated by reference" into US law; for example, the Federal Communication Commission (FCC) Rules. The Main Committee meets twice a year. Some key standards include: C63.2, C63.4, C63.5,C63.10, C63.1 4, C63.17, C63.19, and C63.26.
